Banh Sizzle specializes in a delicious Vietnamese dish called Banh Xeo which translates simply to "Sizzling Crepe" and is where we derived our name.
Its a crispy savory crepe made with rice flour, coconut cream and turmeric and eaten with fresh herbs and lettuce or greens as well as homemade nuoc cham sauce for dipping. Our menu was inspired from our favorite Vietnamese dishes we enjoyed when we traveled in Vietnam where Chef Hang grew up and from the food we cook at home as a family.
